As a graduate in Integrative Psychotherapy, she supports individuals through some of life's most difficult experiences with compassion and empathy. Her approach combines evidence-based counselling models with Islamic principles, recognising the importance of nurturing emotional, psychological and spiritual wellbeing together.

She works with a range of low and high-intensity mental health conditions, with a particular specialism in grief and bereavement counselling. Her clinical setting provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where clients can process loss, navigate complex emotions and find hope during periods of change.

Through compassionate and individually tailored support, she helps clients make sense of their experiences, strengthen emotional resilience and develop practical ways to move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.

By integrating contemporary psychotherapy and counselling approaches with Islamic frameworks, she empowers clients to navigate adversity while cultivating lasting emotional wellbeing, personal growth, inner peace and spiritual fulfilment.
