As a CPD Accredited Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner with training in Islamic Psychology (Al Balagh Academy), she supports women in nurturing both their emotional and spiritual wellbeing through a compassionate, faith-informed approach. She creates a safe, respectful and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, valued and empowered to explore life's challenges with honesty and confidence.
She also specialises in working with parents and families of children with special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities, providing understanding, practical support and a compassionate space to navigate the emotional and family challenges that can accompany caring responsibilities.
Rooted in Islamic values and meaningful conversations, she helps women navigate periods of uncertainty, rebuild confidence and develop greater emotional resilience. By integrating Islamic Psychology frameworks with contemporary wellbeing principles, she supports clients in fostering lasting personal growth and emotional balance.
