As an HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist and CPD Accredited Muslim Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner, he brings together clinical expertise, faith-informed care and a holistic understanding of wellbeing to support individuals through life's challenges. His practice is rooted in a psycho-spiritual model that recognises the interconnectedness of the mind, body and soul, helping clients achieve meaningful and lasting wellbeing.

He has a particular passion for supporting men's mental health, understanding the unique emotional, relational and personal challenges men often face. Drawing on his background in occupational therapy alongside Islamic Psychology, he creates a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered to make positive change.

His approach combines evidence-based therapeutic principles with authentic Islamic guidance, supporting individuals in building emotional resilience, strengthening their relationship with Allah and developing practical strategies to navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.
