As a CPD Accredited Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner, NHS Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and Psychology graduate, he supports individuals in navigating emotional challenges through a compassionate, evidence-based, and faith-informed approach. His background spans psychology, NHS mental health services and international humanitarian work, enabling him to provide holistic support that recognises the emotional, psychological and spiritual needs of every individual.

Within the NHS, he works with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, phobias and obsessive-compulsive difficulties, delivering evidence-based psychological interventions that help clients develop practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional resilience and improve their overall wellbeing. His experience within an NHS Crisis Team equips him to support individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, providing compassionate care, risk assessment and immediate psychological support during some of life's most challenging moments.

Alongside his clinical practice, his humanitarian work with Global Relief Trust takes him to communities affected by conflict and humanitarian crises across Türkiye, Bangladesh, Burundi, Yemen and beyond. These experiences continue to deepen his understanding of resilience, gratitude and the importance of supporting emotional and spiritual wellbeing across diverse cultures and life experiences.

At Eclectic House®, he integrates evidence-based psychological practice with Islamic principles to create a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered. His approach helps individuals better understand themselves, overcome life's challenges and cultivate lasting emotional wellbeing, resilience and personal growth.
