Dedicated to supporting women and young girls in building emotional resilience, confidence and a strong sense of identity. With over a decade of experience in education, she has worked closely with young people, supporting both their academic success and personal development while creating environments where they feel valued and understood.
Prior to her career in education, she spent 10 years in banking and finance, developing exceptional communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills within fast-paced environments. This diverse professional background enables her to understand the unique pressures people face and to provide compassionate and practical support.
She provides a confidential and non-judgemental space where women and young girls can explore emotional challenges, strengthen their self-worth and navigate life's transitions with confidence. Alongside her specialist training in mental health, ADHD and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), she is passionate about helping clients grow emotionally, deepen their connection with Allah and achieve lasting wellbeing.
